Firmware Update Methods​

We regularly release new firmware to optimize performance and add new features. You can update your device using one of the following methods:

Method 1: Online Firmware Update​

Need to update your device firmware? Use our online firmware update tool:

Update Steps:

  1. Ensure your device has at least 50% battery charge
  2. Connect your device to the Hearit.AI app
  3. When a new firmware is available, the app will show an upgrade prompt
  4. Tap "Upgrade Now" and follow the app instructions
  5. Do not operate the device during the upgrade process
  6. The device will automatically restart after successful upgrade
